Hey I'm Kat 👋 I've spent years leading products across health tech, enterprise SaaS, and early-stage startups. Along the way I picked up engineering, AI, and design skills. Not to switch lanes, but so I could move fast and wear many hats.

My career's been varied, launching 0 → 1 productsat early-stage startups, building at scale in enterprise SaaS, co-founding through Antler's accelerator, and now driving AI product work at Aurecon. The thread through all of it: get close to the problem, make the call, and ship it.

I'm not precious about where ideas come from. I care most about whether the end result solves the real problem and whether it makes someone's day a little easier. The work I'm drawn to is where I can help make a real impact on the lives of others: health, wellbeing, the way people spend their working lives.

Outside of work you'll usually find me reading, walking my dog, playing board games with my family, or out exploring somewhere new 🥾

Building AI tools inside the Generative AI team at a global engineering consultancy, from problem framing through to delivery.

  • Led product direction for Cue, an internal AI knowledge and prompt engineering platform, driving ~20% improvement in prompt accuracy and shaping the roadmap from problem framing through to delivery.
  • Contributed across the full product lifecycle on an automated RFI generation platform: problem framing, requirements, and hands-on delivery across both technical and business workstreams.
  • Co-hosted Humans in the Loop, a monthly internal webinar series helping non-technical staff build confidence working with AI.
